In addition to requesting time off from the employee dashboard, users can have access to make requests via the Time Off Calendar, Self Service Portal, and/or from the Mobile Application. Users with access to the Employee Time Off Calendar can request time off on the calendar as well.
To request from the dashboard:
- Navigate to Time & Labor > Home > Employee Dashboard.
- Select the request Type from the
- If requesting for multiple days, select Multiple Days.
- If taking off from Saturday and Sunday shifts, select Include
- Enter the Start Date of a current or future pay period.
If requesting for multiple days, enter the End Date.
Requests for days in previous, already closed pay periods are not allowed.
- Enter the Start
An End Time is not required.
Entering an end time will override the Hours Per Day (if entered).

- Select Submit Request:
The submit request option will produce a green notification to indicate the request's approval. A red notification message will display an explanation for the request being rejected.
