Change Your Voicemail Greetings

CISCO IP PHONES
To change your voicemail greetings on a Cisco IP Phone, please follow the steps below.

1. On the phone, press the voicemail button.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter your voicemail PIN, then press #. If you need a voicemail PIN reset, email support@wcui.edu.
   
   
3. Press 3 to go to the voicemail greeting menu.
   
   
4. From here you may change all of your greetings to what you need by following the instructions the phone system gives you.
