Recover your Password for Office365

Beforehand, make sure you have your password recovery options setup. Click the following link (https://aka.ms/ssprsetup) to do that.

1. Go to https://www.office.com/.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Click Can’t access your account?.
4. Click Work or School Account.
5. In User ID, type in your email address.
6. Enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio.
7. Click Next.
8. You can select either to text or call your mobile phone.
9. Enter your mobile phone number. This must be the same cell phone as you set up to recover your password.
10. Click Next.
11. Enter the verification code sent to you via text or call.
12. Click Next.
13. Enter a new password.
14. Confirm password change by entering it again.
15. Click Finish.
