Tip: Logging into Office.com via Microsoft Edge will let you join a video meeting without any special software to install. Using the installed software is a "stronger option" but not needed. - If your using the local application: Open Microsoft Teams by clicking the Start Menu and going to Microsoft Corporation > Microsoft Teams.
- If you're using the online application using Google Chrome: Open Google Chrome, go to https://www.office.com/, then click the Teams icon.
- On the left-hand menu of Microsoft Teams, click the Calendar button.
- Click on the meeting you want to join.
Tip: You can join meetings at any time, even if they are scheduled many days before or days after the current day. - Click the Join button on the top right.
- Choose your controls such as turning video, audio, and background blur off and on. Then begin your meeting by pressing the Join Now button.
Tip: You can use separate mics and web cams by going to Custom Setup.
