Recover Your Password in Ultralinq

Sometimes we forget our password, follow the instructions below to reset it.

1. At the login screen, start by entering your Ultralinq username.
2. Proceed with the password reset by clicking "Continue".
   
   
3. Select "Forgot Password?" When prompted.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your Smith Chason College issued email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@my.smithchason.edu) Then click "Reset Password".

5. Your password reset link will be accessible via Outlook. You can access Outlook by visiting https://outlook.office.com Keep in mind, the password reset is only active for one hour.
