- Log into Amazon.com, under your work account, and check your orders.
- If the order has been seen as purchased, request a refund via Amazon.com.
- Let Procurify know to cancel the items or cancel the items yourself.
- Entire Order is Missing
- Click the Help Me button on the top menu and chat with support. Ask them to remove the order.
- Email support@procurify.com and ask them to delete the order.
- Part of Order is Missing
- Mark it as a FAIL in the Receive section.
- Go to the Purchase Order and change the price of missing items to $0.00. (You can instead remove the item altogether. Removing all items from a Purchase Order will delete the Purchase Order.)
- Close the Purchase Order.
- Entire Order is Missing
