Clear DICOM Spooler on Philips HD11XE

There is no DICOM spooler on the Philips HD11XE. However, there is something similar, called "Jobs". To open the Jobs tab, hold down the Ctrl key and press J. The Job tab will open and you will be able to resend or deleted exams, similar to how the spoolers work on other machines.
