As a staff and faculty member of SCC, your calendar by default, is shared with everyone. Those who want to view the calendar may add it to their calendar immediately. Below are the steps to ensure they can see all the details of your calendar. (You'll only need to do this once ever)
- Log into https://outlook.office.com/.
- Click the Calendar icon on the left navigation menu.
- Click the Share button located near the top.
- In the Share this calendar: Calendar > People inside your organization window, under My Organization select Can view all details.
- Click Done.
