As a staff and faculty member of SCC, your calendar by default, is shared with everyone. Those who want to view the calendar may add it to their calendar immediately. Below are the steps to ensure they can see all the details of your calendar. (You'll only need to do this once ever)
- Log into https://outlook.office.com/.

Click the Calendar icon on the left navigation menu.
- Click the Share button located near the top.

Select the desired calendar listed under the Share button.
- In the Sharing and permissions window, type the email address or contact name of the person you intend to share your calendar with.
- Once you select the email address/contact, select Can view all details in the dropdown menu. Then, click the Share button to finish.
