- Log into https://wcui.orbundsis.com.
- On the left menu, go to Communication > Instant Alerts.
- On the right menu, go to New Alert.
- Fill out the Subject field.
- Fill out the Message Text (body of the email).
Tip: Under the Supported Tags section, you can use Tags to make your email more personal to multiple recipients at the same time. Some tags were used in the example above. - You may attach a file to the email by clicking the Attach File button.
- By default, instant alerts that have been sent are saved in individuals accounts in Orbund to view later. If you wish not to do this, you can deselect the Save Copy in Correspondence Folder checkbox.
- To Save this as a template, click the Save button.
