Follow these steps to request a password reset for your Orbund account.
1. Go to the Orbund login page
Open the Orbund login page in your web browser

Verify the correct website
The official Smith Chason College Orbund login page displays the Smith Chason College logo. If you don’t see the logo, you may be on the wrong website. Close the page and use the link above.
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
On the login page, click the Forgot Password? link.
3. Fill out the form
Enter your username, email address, and role, then click Submit.
Which email should I use?
Students: Use the personal email address you provided during enrollment.
Faculty & Staff: Use your @smithchason.edu email address.
4. Check your email
Look for the password reset email in your inbox. When it arrives, open it and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Don't see the email? The email can take some time to arrive. Check your Spam and Junk folders too.
