Conversations view is a feature in Outlook that combines group messages all into one thread, making it look like it is just one email. Turning this feature off will allow each new email to be show independently in its own thread.
To turn off Conversations view, click the View tab near the top left of the Outlook app.
Select Messages > Conversations > Message List > Do not group messages.
