Requirements to Join a Microsoft Teams Meeting

• You will need speakers or a phone (not recommended for audio) to listen to the meeting.
• You do not need a microphone, webcam, or phone to communicate in meetings if you don't mind using the chat function.

Join a Video Meeting with Microsoft Teams
Follow the directions below to connect to join a video meeting in Microsoft Teams.

1. Launch the Microsoft Teams application from your laptop, desktop, or mobile device.
   
   
    
2. On the left navigation menu, click the Calendar button.
   
   
    
3. Find the meeting you want to join and click the Join button.
   
   
   
    
4. You can now set up your webcam and microphone. Listed below are some options you can select from.
   • Adjust Your Settings. You can turn on and off your webcam as well as mute your microphone as you enter the meeting.
     
     
      
      
5. Click the Join Now button once you're ready to go.
