Recover your Password for Office 365

If you need to reset your password, this can only be done by the IT Department. You can request a password reset by either:

• Sending an email to support@smithchason.edu, or

• Submitting a ticket through the web form at support.smithchason.edu

Submitting a Ticket Through a Web Form

1. Visit the URL: support.smithchason.edu

2. Click "Submit a Request"

3. Select Technology Support

3. Please make sure that you use either your Smith Chason College email address or the email address associated with your Orbund account when filling out the required fields.

4. Once you are finished completing the required fields, you will be ready to submit the ticket!
